Yoga Kundalini
Kundalini Yoga is a style of yoga focused on awakening and directing kundalini energy—a dormant spiritual energy located at the base of the spine. Through a combination of postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and chanting, this practice aims to cultivate inner awareness and activate the body’s energy centers (chakras). The ultimate goal is to achieve balance and harmony between body, mind, and spirit.

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga is a style that blends the slower, more static postures of Hatha Yoga with the flowing, breath-synchronized movements of Vinyasa Yoga. This practice alternates moments of calm and focused stillness with more dynamic and energetic sequences, offering a balanced approach.
It’s an ideal choice for those seeking harmony between the grounding nature of Hatha and the fluid intensity of Vinyasa. It also suits practitioners looking to deepen their practice while enhancing flexibility, strength, and body awareness.
Daily Retreats

Prenatal Yoga
We currently offer private prenatal yoga sessions for expectant mothers staying with us.
Prenatal yoga is a safe and beneficial practice that helps reduce stress, improve flexibility, encourage gentle stretching, and promote conscious breathing—essential tools during pregnancy and childbirth. It supports the overall physical and emotional well-being of the mother-to-be, while helping her prepare for the birthing process.
In addition, we offer Mamy Special body treatments, which include lymphatic drainage and relaxing massages focused on the lower back and pelvic area—designed to provide comfort and relief throughout pregnancy.
Support by Doula Semira Ragana
Our services are complemented by the presence of Doula Semira Ragana. A Doula is a non-medical support figure who assists and supports women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period, offering emotional, practical, and informational care.
The word “Doula” comes from Greek and means “woman’s servant,” highlighting the nurturing and supportive role this figure plays during one of life’s most transformative journeys.

Instructor and Expert in Prenatal Yoga covers the role as “Duola”.

Holistic Massage
Unlike traditional physiotherapy treatments, holistic massage is designed to address the person as a whole—not only on a physical level but also emotionally and psychologically. The practitioner’s touch is intended to create a deep sense of relaxation and overall well-being. Each treatment is customized to the individual’s specific needs.
Rooted in holistic medicine, this approach views the human being as a complex system composed of body, mind, and spirit, interconnected with the surrounding environment. In this perspective, a physical issue is never seen in isolation from emotional or spiritual imbalances. The treatment, therefore, doesn’t focus on a single symptom, but on the person in their entirety. Holistic Massage will be made by Tiziana Porcello
